What a sale costs you
stall.bio takes 0% of your sales. Stripe charges its standard card fee on each payment, set by where your Stripe account is and where the buyer’s card comes from.

Questions, answered
Is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day free trial instead. You get every tool while you build your store and make your first sales, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. After that it is one paid plan, so there are no tiers to compare and nothing is held back for an upgrade.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Not to sign up. You can claim your link, design your store and add products without one. We ask for a card when you publish your store, because that is when it starts taking orders. The first payment is taken when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
What does the plan include?
Everything stall.bio does today: downloads, lead magnets, links, checkout with wallets and Klarna, discount codes, order bumps, countdown offers, reviews, VAT and full design control. New tools join the same plan as they ship, so the price you see is the price for all of it.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Annual works out at $15/mo instead of $24/mo, which is a saving of $108 (37%) a year. Monthly suits you if you want to try selling for a season first. Both options include every tool and the same 14-day free trial.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. stall.bio takes 0% of every sale, whatever you sell and however much. We earn only from your plan. The only per-sale cost is Stripe’s card fee, shown in the table above, and that goes to Stripe for handling the payment, not to us.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe charges a percentage of each payment plus a small fixed fee, which depends on where your Stripe account is and where the buyer’s card is from. For a UK account and a UK card it is 1.5% plus £0.20. The table above lists the standard card rates we last checked.
Which currency will I pay in?
Your plan is billed in your store’s currency: pounds, euros or US dollars. A store set to any other currency is billed in US dollars. Use the currency switch at the top of this page to see the price in each one before you sign up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like, with no fee and no call to make. Your store stays online so the link in your bio keeps working, but it stops taking orders. Restart from the same page and selling switches back on with everything as you left it.
