Questions, answered
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every tool switched on. Build your store, add products and share your link. We ask for a card when you go live, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Cancel before then from your billing page and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card to start?
No card is needed to sign up, build your store or add products. We ask for one when you publish your store, because that is when it starts taking orders. The trial still runs its full length, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time.
What fees do you take from my sales?
None. stall.bio takes 0% of every sale and earns only from your plan. Stripe charges its standard card fee on each payment, which is 1.5% plus £0.20 for a UK card. You can see exactly what you keep with our fee calculator before you set a price.
Why do I need a Stripe account?
Stripe handles the payment itself, so buyers can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. You connect your own Stripe account, and the money lands there, not with us. Payouts go to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Setting it up takes a few minutes inside your dashboard.
What can I sell?
Digital downloads such as ebooks, presets, templates and guides, free lead magnets that collect emails, and links to anything else you offer. Each product gets its own page with checkout built in, plus discount codes, order bumps, countdown offers and reviews if you want them.
What happens if my plan lapses?
Your store stays online, so links in your bio never break, but it stops taking orders until you restart your plan. Buyers who already paid can still reach their files. Restart from your billing page and selling switches back on straight away, with your products and settings untouched.
